Protein Apple Compote

Ingredients:

250 g Apples,
Juice of 1/2 lemon,
1 tbsp Agave Nectar,
Ground Cinnamon.
To Serve
25 g Dry Mulberries,
25 g Chopped Almonds,
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp Protein Powder

Instructions:

Put into a pan peeled and chopped apples, lemon juice and honey (agave) and 3 tbsp warm water – cook on a slow heat for 5 minutes or until soft. Take of the heat, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, allow to cool down. This mixture can be stored in a fridge for up to 4 days.
Serve with the protein yogurt mixture and sprinkle with your favorite nuts and super-foods.
