Breakfast Smoothie Peach and Oats

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast, as it’s filling and slow release carbohydrates from the oats will provide enough energy which so important in mornings.

Ingredients:

150 g Greek Yogurt,
200 ml water,
2 large ripe peaches (peeled, stoned and chopped),
2 tbsp gluten-free jumbo oats,
50 g cashews or almonds,
1 tbsp Milled Chia seeds,
1 tbsp Baobab powder,
1 tsp Agave nectar (optional),
5 ice cubes.

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth.
Add 200 ml water and 5 ice cubes and whiz again – serve immediately.
