Super Food Muesli With Berries

Ingredients:

25 g Almonds and 25 g Cashews roughly chopped,
100 gluten free jumbo oats,
1 tbsp coconut oil,
150 g sliced strawberries,
200 g blueberries,
200 g Greek yogurt,
1 tbsp Protein Powder,
1 tbsp agave nectar.

Instructions:

Add 1/2 tbsp coconut oil into frying pan and preheat to medium. Mix the oats and nuts together and drizzle with the remaining oil. Spread the mixture on the pan and toast for 5-10 minutes until slightly golden. Remove from the heat to cool down.
Incorporate Protein Powder in the yogurt.
Put the berries and yogurt mixture into bowls, add your Muesli and drizzle some raw honey or agave on top.

Notes:
To super charge this dish add your favorite Super Foods such as Chia seeds, Bee Pollen, Maca or Baobab powder.
Depending on the ingredients this dish will provide you with 6 – 30 g of Protein.
